Illustrated gratitude journalling helps me get through the day, whenever challenges come up I get to appreciate the good things I have in my life to stay centered, heal and to continue to grow in self love as well as my vision for the future, celebrating the small wins and slow but steady progress.

This has worked well so far and I am sharing this with you in the hopes you might find it useful too.


It’s also a nice way to document things that happen in my life and be grateful for the opportunities for growth through challenges. With the ultimate goal of growing in emotional maturity, spirituality for a better relationship with myself and with others.
