This blog (previously named The Semiotics) is about sentience, being aligned with your purpose and studying the self in order to live authentically with your true self to lead happier and enriching lives within yourself and with others.
This is my journey inward, focusing on the feeling of joy and peace that manifest outward.
You are worthy.
Here you will read about my road to living my true authentic self – Self actualisation. Hear about my self love and self care journey of dealing with self doubt, fear, codependency and limiting beliefs; staying on my true path & manifesting my desires. Understanding and building the relationship with myself and so with others, building character and treating myself and others well. I value relationships first and foremost as what matters to me, clearing away the blocks to self love. If you’re in your journey too, join me and let’s share stories. On my good days I will be healing by letting myself sink into my passions and love for fashion illustration, painting, beauty, fashion, photography, food, travel and other creative hobbies like pottery, bullet journalling as a creative living in Sydney, Australia.
Some of the things I talk about are: growing in spirituality and emotional maturity, unbelieving the old stories that led to feelings of unworthiness, feeling unlovable, inner critic; to building a new story of cultivating love, gratitude, happiness, removing all the blocks, conditioning and defence mechanisms (that have once served a purpose in protecting you from hurt), breaking the cycle, self healing, mindfulness, psychology, lived experiences, self care and self love and abundance (being able to do the things you want to do with no limitations, or prosperity), mindset, consciousness, peace and going back to your true self and living courageously and creating a safe space of compassion to feel the hard feelings towards facing fears, growth and emotional freedom.
It’s like an online diary showing my story, one that I wish I could have had on my journey. Which I still can, because I am still on my journey and will forever be. Here’s to growing our connections to each other on our journey. This is my story, what’s yours? I’d like to get to know you.
To those who are going through something similar to know you are not alone. Together we will achieve our desires so that when you look back on your life, know you will have done what you set out to do. Keeping us motivated and with the right tools find our inner peace.
Here on this blog, you will find snippets of my thoughts and journalling my experience, goals and desires, decisions and reflections, my path in gaining knowledge to change my mindset, my guides on what has worked for me and how you can do the same and the creative pursuits that has come out of it in support of my goals.
All of it will be haphazard, as growth is not linear, it can be two steps forward one step back, but all the while growing in my capabilities. At the end of every growth stage it will become clear, but on the path towards it, it can be messy, unclear, unfocused, as I try to make sense of the madness that is in the unknown of a new pursuit. The anxious unknown that dwell within.
This is a place where love and gratitude are put at the forefront, a daily practice to bring more inner peace and outer glow to your life and to the people in your life. I appreciate you, you’re beautiful and thank you for dropping in and connecting with yourself, what you need and sharing this moment with me.
Whatever doesn’t get you to your goals, isn’t true. What you want is the truth. Your potential is the truth. Let’s take the next step closer to what you want today and tomorrow, little by little – to get you there. To hold that image in your mind and believe that to see it in your mind brings it alive into the present physical form.
If you can see it in your mind, you can hold it in your hand.
Bob Proctor
Even though it feels strange, weird, with a lot of resistance, unbelievable, not comfortable or familiar even though the goal is good for you and is what you want (doesn’t make sense does it?) – that’s a good sign because it means you are striving for something better and day by day it will feel less and less weird until it becomes your being.
There is also a Youtube channel for more videos and an online store that sells quality feminine pieces for helping women become their best and true selves, building self belief, manifesting all our desires into reality and living authentically.

You really are beautiful and amazing, you know that?

Semiotics is an investigation into how meaning is created and how meaning is communicated. Its origins lie in the academic study of how signs and symbols (visual and linguistic) create meaning. – Citation
